Welcome back after the May half-term break!

The term has some exciting educational visits to enjoy. We will visit the Spitfire ground in Canterbury to watch the Kent county team play against Somerset. Towards the end of June, we will visit Westminster Palace and explore the Houses of Parliament. The visit coincides with a debate on Refugees during Refugee Week. Finally, we will enjoy a performance of Joseph in London early in July.

In Maths, we will conduct various numerical investigations involving data handling, position and measurements.
The focus in RE will be investigating how the transforming Holy Spirit enables us to fulfil our responsibilities as we are called to serve Jesus.
In Science, we will complete our focus on animals and humans. We will investigate the theory of evolution and inheritance.
We will complete our European Neighbours topic and centre our attention on the cities of Paris and London.
PE this term covers cricket, athletics and Sports Day preparation. It will take place outside on Monday afternoons. Please ensure that your children arrive at school on Monday mornings with their full PE kit.
