Welcome!
Mission Statement
In Year 4, our class will have faith in God and follow the teachings of Jesus.
We will always be truthful, honest, trustworthy and take responsibility for our actions.
We will forgive others, say sorry and ask for forgiveness when we make wrong choices.
We will love one another and treat each other respectfully, showing compassion.
We will always strive to do our best and be resilient.
Welcome back Year 4 team!
We hope you enjoyed half term and have had a little rest.
We have such a busy term ahead with our ukulele performance, Passion Play rehearsals and preparations for Lent.
Year 4 will take lead roles in the Passion play so start thinking about whether you might like a main part or a singing part ! Auditions will be taking place for all speaking and singing parts.
Lent activities will weave throughout our curriculum and we will make our Lenten promise.
All messages and information will be posted on Class Dojo so make sure you check for updates.

Expectations for Homework:
- - Children should read their school book a minimum of 3 times a week to an adult, ensuring that this is recorded in their Reading Record Books.
- - Spelling Practice (spelling lists will be uploaded to Dojo)
- - Reading Eggs (at least one lesson per week)
- - Mathletics (2 activities)
- - Times Table Rock Stars
